Clinicians should advise when you accept testing how long results will take and how you will be informed of the results. As a relative of a current patient, I cannot praise the staff enough. Hayley,Fiona,Ami always have time to communicate to my family all of my relatives needs and always makes time to explain all details of my relatives deterioration and always there to council myself and family. All the staff are great especially the staff named previously and should be recognised endlessly for their hard work and effort.
He was very understanding and took the time to ensure that I was comfortable with him and the appointment.
